Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
MedQuotify (medquotify.com) is operated by CallFlow Marketing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates in conjunction with Nibnox (SMC-Private) Ltd. (“MedQuotify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit medquotify.com or request a call about Medicare plan options.
By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Who we are
CallFlow Marketing LLC is a third-party marketing organization (TPMO) and a non-government entity. We are not an insurance agency or an insurance carrier, and we do not sell insurance or enroll anyone in a plan. MedQuotify is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, the federal Medicare program, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
We do not offer every plan available in your area. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE.
Information we collect
When you use the form on this website, we collect:
- Contact information: your name, telephone number, ZIP code, state, and — if you choose to give it — your email address.
- Consent record: whether you checked the consent box, the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time, and the page you submitted from.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and version, the referring page, and your time zone.
- Call records: if you speak with a representative or a licensed insurance agent, the call may be recorded (see “Calls may be recorded” below).
Consent verification services
To document that consent was given, we may use third-party consent verification services such as Verisk’s Jornaya LeadiD or ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm. When you submit the form, such a service may record your IP address, the date and time, your browser type, and a playback of your interaction with the consent language, to create a certificate of your consent. These records are used only to demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other laws, and to resolve disputes.
How we use your information
- To have a representative contact you to confirm a few details and connect you with a licensed insurance agent licensed in your state.
- To keep a record of the consent you gave.
- To honor opt-out and Do Not Call requests.
- To review calls for quality and compliance.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with law, including the rules that apply to marketing Medicare plans.
Calls may be recorded
Calls with our representatives and with licensed insurance agents may be recorded and monitored for quality and compliance purposes. Recordings are kept as a record of what was discussed and of your consent.
One-to-one consent: who receives your information
Your information is used only by the party named in the consent language on our form — CallFlow Marketing LLC — to contact you and connect you with a licensed insurance agent about the plan types you asked about. We do not share it with any other agency, insurance carrier, or marketing partner for their own marketing unless that party is named in the consent you gave.
If you choose to review or enroll in a plan, the licensed insurance agent you speak with and the insurance company offering that plan handle your information under their own privacy practices.
We also disclose information to:
- service providers that process it on our behalf — for example hosting, customer relationship management, telephony, and consent verification — under obligations to protect it;
- our affiliate Nibnox (SMC-Private) Ltd., which supports our operations (see “International data transfers”);
- government authorities or others when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights.
Disclosing your information to a licensed insurance agent or agency may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. California residents: see our CCPA Notice, including how to opt out.
Your consent and your choices
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may revoke consent at any time by:
- replying STOP to any text message;
- submitting our Opt-Out form;
- calling (949) 933-8265 (TTY: 711) and asking to be placed on our Do Not Call list.
Our Do Not Call Policy explains how requests are handled.

Data security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information, and we store consent records securely to protect their integrity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
