Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the medquotify.com website (the “Service”), operated by CallFlow Marketing LLC, together with its affiliates, including Nibnox (SMC-Private) Ltd. (“MedQuotify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors and others who use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Description of the Service
MedQuotify lets you request a call about Medicare Advantage plans. When you submit the form, a representative will call to confirm a few details and connect you with a licensed insurance agent licensed in your state.
CallFlow Marketing LLC is a third-party marketing organization (TPMO) and a non-government entity. We are not an insurance agency or an insurance carrier. We do not sell insurance, underwrite policies, issue quotes, enroll anyone in a plan, or guarantee coverage or eligibility.
Medicare disclosures
- This is a solicitation for insurance.
- MedQuotify is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, the federal Medicare program, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
- We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
- Submitting a request does not enroll you in any plan and does not change your current coverage. Plan availability, benefits, and costs vary by location.
- Enrollment in the described plan types may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
TCPA consent and telemarketing
This section is a material condition of using the Service. By checking the consent box and submitting your contact information, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Express written consent: you give your electronic signature consenting to receive marketing calls, text messages, and emails from the parties named in the consent language on the form — currently CallFlow Marketing LLC — at the number and email address you provide, even if your number is on a national, state, or company Do Not Call list.
- Automated technology: these communications may use an automatic telephone dialing system, or an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice.
- No condition of purchase: your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may call (949) 933-8265 (TTY: 711) instead, without giving consent.
- Revocation: you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, submitting the Opt-Out form, or asking to be placed on our Do Not Call list.
- Message and data rates may apply.
Calls may be recorded
Calls with our representatives and with licensed insurance agents may be recorded and monitored for quality and compliance purposes.
Consent verification
To demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other laws, we may use third-party consent verification services such as Verisk’s Jornaya LeadiD or ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm. By using the Service, you agree that such a service may record your interaction with our forms, including a playback of your session, to document that consent was given. That data is used only for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CallFlow Marketing LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and Pakistan. Our trademarks, including MedQuotify, may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User obligations
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- provide false or misleading personal information;
- use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service’s infrastructure;
- submit information on behalf of anyone else without their express consent.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall CallFlow Marketing LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
